Activities & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to support the coordination and digital delivery of complex construction and engineering projects within our Energy division.
  • Define and implement BIM coordination scope, methods, and workflows in line with project requirements, BEP, and ISO 19650.
  • Coordinate, verify, and validate interdisciplinary BIM models, ensuring quality, metadata consistency, interoperability, and compliance with specifications.
  • Manage clash detection, issue tracking, coordination reporting, and communication of outcomes.
  • Organize and lead internal and project-wide BIM coordination meetings.
  • Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) and ensure timely model deliveries and data drops.
  • Execute modelling and planning tasks autonomously within the assigned discipline.
  • Coordinate and supervise project BIM modelers and draftsmen, ensuring quality standards, deadlines, and self-check procedures are met.
  • Support quantity take-offs and construction phase activities.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement of BIM workflows.
  • Contribute to the development, standardization, and internal dissemination of BIM processes, templates, and training

Requirements profile

  • Degree in civil engineering or technical education as a technician / CAD designer.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM projects.
  • Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator or in a senior BIM role.
  • Good knowledge of BIM modelling software (e.g. Revit) and strong expertise in coordination tools.
  • Experience coordinating interdisciplinary projects.
  • Structured, autonomous, and solution-oriented working style.
  • Fluency in German and English required; French is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.

  • Experience in complex hydraulic, infrastructure or industrial projects.
  • Advanced clash and issue management workflows.
  • Experience with automation or BIM workflow optimization.
  • Scan-to-BIM and point cloud coordination experience.
