Organization
Gruner has an agile management and organisational structure with short decision-making paths. At the centre are the Business Units, which are segmented geographically and in terms of their offerings. These units are grouped by their customer groups into three business areas, namely Buildings, Infrastructure, and Energy, and combine local roots with a global network to provide optimal solutions for projects of all sizes.

Gruner is divided into various legal entities. As the parent company with headquarters in Basel, Gruner Holding AG forms the umbrella and, together with the Board of Directors, provides the top management of Gruner.
