Inventory of historic transport routes (IVS)
Since 2013, Gruner has been supporting the Federal Roads Office (FEDRO) as a competent specialist service provider within the framework of the Inventory of Historic Transport Routes in Switzerland (IVS). Our contribution focuses on the technical processing and support of applications for financial assistance to enable the preservation and restoration of these valuable cultural assets in the field of mobility and spatial planning.
Historical transport routes are important witnesses to the history of mobility and shape the appearance of many towns and landscapes. The long-term preservation of this infrastructure places high demands on planning, financing and technical implementation.
