«Gruner offers a working environment with a wide range of development opportunities. In the good working atmosphere, you get constant support from both colleagues and superiors. The different competencies within Gruner ensure that I am always up to date professionally.»
«At Gruner, after completing my bachelor's degree, I combine what I have learned with practice during a six-month internship and gain my first experience of the mathematical and planning sides of the engineering profession in both civil engineering and structural engineering. The opportunity to be present at various bridge inspections, reinforcement acceptance tests and meetings in addition to the daily office routine was particularly instructive and motivating for me. The collegial and very fair way of dealing with each other, as well as various external events, made it easy for me to quickly feel at home at work.»
«Gruner offers me the opportunity to develop in a modern working environment with great colleagues and interesting projects. Since joining Gruner Berchtold Eicher AG in 2004, I have been supported in my career development step by step. Today, as head of a business unit, I can pass this support on to employees myself - and that gives me great pleasure.»
