As of today, June 19, 2023, Sergio Camilletti is the new Director of the Energy Business Area. With him, Gruner has gained a proven specialist in the field of hydropower and energy transmission who knows the engineering consultancy industry inside out. After completing his education with a PhD in environmental/hydraulic engineering in Rome, he has held various project management and leadership positions at an international level. Most recently, he was responsible for a business area in an engineering consultancy in Paris and led a large team in several locations in Europe and Africa. Stefan Mützenberg will continue to work for Gruner after handing over the business area management responsabilities. His main tasks are to support the hydropower business in German-speaking Switzerland as well as strategic projects. "On behalf of the entire Executive Board and the Board of Directors, I would like to express my sincere thanks to Stefan already today for his many years of service on the Executive Board and as Business Area Manager Energy, and I look forward to continuing to work with him on various projects", concludes Olivier Aebi.
