Nomination for the Digital Top 10 Award 2023
Automation through AI could become one of the technologies that permanently changes the construction and real estate industry. With this focus, an expert jury nominated several innovations from the fields of planning, design and urban development for the Digital Top10 Award 2023.
Gruner was selected as a finalist for this award 2023 with its innovation Early Stage Design. Public voting will take place until 3 February 2023. Afterwards, the best three projects will be presented and awarded on 7 March 2023 in Zurich as part of the Digital Real Estate Summit.
Early Stage Design is an innovative service that provides investors and developers with a higher-quality basis for decision-making at an early stage in real estate and project development. This innovation is constantly being developed further, with environmental social governance also playing an important role in the future and, in particular, incorporating sustainability considerations into the project with the necessary importance.
