Activities & Responsibilities

  • Lead, plan and develop the department, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategy and objectives.
  • Manage department activities and oversee the financial monitoring of projects.
  • Ensure quality and consistency of offers within the department’s area of expertise.
  • Identify opportunities for development, innovation and improvement of department activities.
  • Consolidate and strengthen the technical competencies of the department, particularly in the areas of underground works and geotechnics 

Requirements profile

  • Master Degreed in Geotechnical Engineering. PhD degree is highly appreciated.
  • 15 years of proven experience in the field of Geotechnics / Rock Mechanics / Embankment design and construction.
  • Excellent communication skills and natural leadership, with prior experience in design coordination and project management roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility.
  • Fluency in both English and French is mandatory. Italian and / or German are considered a plus.
