We are taking the next step in the Bern region by acquiring Zeltner Ingenieure AG in Belp as of January 1, 2022. This expansion in the Business Area Infrastructure will enable us to expand and strengthen our range of services in a meaningful way, both geographically and in terms of expertise.

We are taking the next step in the Bern region by acquiring Zeltner Ingenieure AG in Belp as of January 1, 2022. This expansion in the Business Area Infrastructure will enable us to expand and strengthen our range of services in a meaningful way, both geographically and in terms of expertise.

"Their personalities, skills and projects will strengthen Gruner not only in the greater Bern area," says Reto Hagger, Head of Business Area Infrastructure, about the employees of Zeltner Ingenieure AG. Gruner has already worked successfully with the company in the past. The merger that is now taking place is the result of the conviction on the part of the management of Zeltner Ingenieure AG as well as on the part of Gruner that the new colleagues, with their know-how and their commitment, are a very good fit for Gruner. In particular, the services in mobility, civil engineering, and engineering structures as well as building maintenance and preservation will be further developed according to the current portfolio of Zeltner Ingenieure AG.

As of January 1, 2022, the 12-strong team of Zeltner Ingenieure AG will be part of the Business Unit "Infrastructure Bern, Spatial Planning", and as of February 1, 2022, all employees will work in the Gruner premises in Zollikofen. With the organization in Zollikofen, we are well positioned to successfully complete the integration. The projects handled by Zeltner Ingenieure AG will continue, and the contact persons will remain the same as today.
