Suva Rösslimatt, Lucerne

The office and commercial building of Suva Rösslimattstrasse 37/39 in Lucerne was built between 1989 and 1992. The building consists of 7 floors and 2 basement floors and is mainly used as offices, but there is also a tenant fit-out as store and storage space as well as a small part as residential space. Suva operates a computer center (RZ) in the building, which is part of the core property of the building. As part of the planned refurbishment, the building technology is to be renewed and the usable space optimized. The project is classified as quality assurance level 2 (QSS 2).
