Monica Schneider joins the Executive Committee at Gruner

Gruner anchors Human Resources (HR) as a new area directly within the Executive Committee. Monica Schneider, a proven expert in human resources and Head of HR at Gruner, joins the Executive Committee on January 1, 2022.

With Monica Schneider, HR will thus be anchored as an area within the management in order to help shape corporate decisions in a targeted manner. The establishment of a successful employer brand, recruitment, and the development and promotion of talent are thus being driven forward in close coordination with the needs of the operating units.

Monica Schneider (53) has been Head of HR at Gruner since September 2021. In addition to her proven expertise in HR and organizational development and human resource management, she has decades of experience at all functional levels in HR, HR Operations as well as HR business partnering, coaching and organizational and employee development at an international level. We wish Monica Schneider much joy and success in her new position.

The Executive Committee around CEO Olivier Aebi now consists of Stephan Gürtler, Head of Buildings, Reto Hagger, Head of Infrastructure, Stefan Mützenberg, Head of Energy, Gérard de Montmollin, CFO, and Monica Schneider, Head of HR.
