At the first digital Meet & Lunch in February, more than 100 female employees from various locations participated. The strong interest shows that networking, mutual support, and the exchange of experiences and perspectives are key success factors – especially in an industry that is constantly evolving and becoming more diverse.

Today, the network has around 70 members. GrunerInnen strengthens exchange, makes experiences visible, and provides momentum for personal and professional development. Planned formats such as workshops and training sessions on presentation and communication skills, as well as networking events, support women in contributing their strengths and taking on responsibility.

Those who work at Gruner benefit from exciting projects in the engineering and planning sector, as well as from an environment that promotes diversity, enables modern working models, and actively supports development. The women’s network is another building block in strengthening cross-location networking and collaboration and further reinforcing the company culture.
