The former industrial estate of Stamm Bau AG is being converted into an inhabited park with the residential development "Im Holeegarten". Both cooperative and freehold flats will be built. The apartments are spacious and open-plan and meet the requirements of modern residential construction. The 5 apartment buildings with a total of 64 condominiums are surrounded by a garden.
