International Women in Engineering Day

Recruiting women into engineering is essential to the future of the profession. Women make up half of the population, and we know they are equally capable of success in STEM fields.

Recruiting women into engineering is essential to the future of the profession. Women make up half of the population, and we know they are equally capable of success in STEM fields. However, women are currently underrepresented in engineering. This needs to change. On Women in Engineering Day, we celebrate all the women who have chosen to pursue a career in engineering, and we recommit ourselves to recruiting more women into the field. At Gruner, we know that a diversity of perspectives is essential to creativity and innovation, and we need more women engineers, technicians and specialists to help solve the challenges of tomorrow. If you're a woman considering a career in engineering, we hope you'll join us at Gruner on this exciting journey.
