In order to be able to reuse existing sites, an orderly demolition is often required. We develop deconstruction and disposal concepts as well as safety concepts for construction sites. Our experienced engineers and site managers coordinate and manage the deconstruction measures from feasibility to handover to the new construction project, including construction site, disposal and transport logistics. We provide expert advice on all issues relating to sustainability and plant placement of process plants.
Orderly demolition includes energy de-energizing, clearing, gutting, remediation of building pollutants and demolition of the mineral building structure. Construction waste treatment focuses on reuse as well as the processing of waste into secondary building materials (recycling), followed by thermal treatment and landfilling.
