On the site of the former glassworks in Bülach North, an urban quarter with unique residential density and a high quality of life is being created. With around 560 apartments and over 20,000 m2 of commercial space (nurseries and kindergarteners, stores, office buildings, hotel and motel), it offers plenty of space for living, working and living.
The project is consistently planned with the BIM method.
