JaBee Tower

The JaBee Tower is a 100-meter-high high-rise building with 31 floors in Dübendorf in the canton of Zurich. It is the tallest residential building in Switzerland. The tower is located in the Hochbord neighborhood next to the Stettbach train station.

Over 27 floors extend to 218 rental apartments for all stages of life and every life plan. Based on the oval shape of the building, the apartments are arranged around the core of the building.

For special occasions with friends and family, it is possible to book the community room "New Horizon" on the 30th floor, with a well-developed infrastructure, such as IV toilet, kitchen, TV and presentation facilities.

The building has a parking in the basement.

The Jabee Tower's 10,000 square meters of open space is an attractive green area that serves as the center of the neighborhood and offers residents and the public alike space for recreation, leisure and social interaction.
